Our vision

Our vision is a world enriched and empowered through data.

Our mission

Our mission is to enable every nonprofit organisation to use data effectively to achieve their goals. To acheive this our aims are to:

  • Gather, explore and analyse data for organisations: We design and deliver research; identify the right questions and approaches to data collection; analyse data; deliver imaginative consultation and engagement; and source open and public data and evidence.

  • Build organisations’ data capabilities and skills: We help leaders understand how their organisations are doing with data and how to improve. We advise on data strategy, management, protection, analysis and communication. We enable organisations to improve data for decision making,  measure their impact, and improve the design and delivery of services.

  • Promote the importance and value of data for good: We champion data for social good through production of research and resources, sharing best practice, organising events, and public speaking.

Our values

You can read about how we live our values here. Our values are:

  • Collaboration: Teamwork, trust, co-operation, listening and communication are key to the way we work: with each other, with clients and with our partners.

  • Respect: We show mutual respect and consideration for one another. We believe everyone has the right to have a voice. We work to ensure people’s diverse backgrounds, ideas and opinions can be heard.
