Working with Superhighways to assess data maturity in a cohort of organisations

Work: Data Maturity Assessments with a cohort (group) of organisations

In 2020/21, Superhighways took a group of small London-based charities through a 10-month programme, Datawise London. The data literacy and digital skills programme was designed to help the organisations to better use data to shape services and influence change.

We worked with Superhighways to take the cohort of organisations through Organisational Data Maturity Assessments at the start and end of their programme, to:

  • set the scene and start conversations about data maturity among participant organisations

  • measure and evidence the impact of the support intervention on completion of the programme

This included working with Superhighways to create a customised Data Maturity Assessment for the Datawise London cohort; creating a set of unique organisation assessments, each customised with the charity’s own logo and Datawise London branding; and running a short introductory online workshop on data maturity for the cohort leads.
