Between June-October 2021, we supported Prostate Cancer UK to use our Organisational Data Maturity Assessment tool to gain an objective assessment of their data maturity for the first time. The assessment kicked off the organisation’s efforts to develop their first data strategy, led by their new Data Strategy Lead, Clare Shanklyn.

We supported Clare and Prostate Cancer UK with:

  • Creating a branded customised Data Maturity Assessment for Prostate Cancer UK

  • Developing customised questions to explore specific themes

  • Providing a weekly report on completions while the assessment was live, so Clare could ensure a good spread of responses from across the organisation

  • Providing a detailed final report on the organisation’s data maturity, including benchmarking against peers in the sector, strengths and weaknesses, and variance in data maturity across different teams.
