The Network Data Maturity Assessment allows you to take a group of organisations through the assessment process. It is designed for use by infrastructure and support organisations, or membership bodies working with affiliated organisations.

How does it work?

People from multiple organisations are invited to complete an assessment. All individuals receive a report showing how they scored their organisation’s data maturity. The network lead also receives a collated network report, which compares results by organisation.

This is different from our Cohort Data Maturity Assessment, where contributing organisations also receive their own organisational report, as well as the top level cohort report. Speak to us if you’re not sure which tool is right for you.

Includes:

  • Resource pack with instruction video and a set of samples, templates, and checklists to support you through the 7 steps to engaging your network members before, during, and after the assessment

  • Up to 5 customised questions

  • Launch workshop: 1.5hr online workshop for network members with live assessment and data discussion facilitated by our expert team

  • Personal reports for unlimited individual respondents (see sample report)

  • Whole network report combining all respondent data (see sample report)

  • Mini slide deck: of your headline results, including:

    • Overall score and stage

    • Analysis by themes

    • Profile of respondents

    • Custom question analysis

  • Custom benchmarking internally (by organisations within your network) and externally (by sector, type, turnover)

  • Qualitative findings: summary of results from network workshop discussion

  • Data: Returned copy of your data (csv file anonymised or non-anonymised responses)

SILVER
From £9,999 plus VAT

Everything in bronze, plus:

A treasure trove of around 200 charts in a slide deck for you to explore (and explain) your network’s data maturity story.

Includes detailed analysis of:

  • Each of the 100+ questions organised by highest to lowest theme

  • Time the people in your network spend working with data including comparison by role type or organisation

  • What people don’t know enabling you to identify gaps in knowledge and awareness

  • Data security and governance special focusing on questions relating to data protection, security, assets, quality, management, availability and useability

GOLD
From £12,999 plus VAT

Everything in silver, plus:

  • Exploration workshop: we will take you through the big picture and fine detail of your results, facilitating high quality conversations about your network’s current level of data maturity and identifying key priorities for action.

  • Custom advanced report of around 40 pages about your network’s data maturity. Includes: executive summary, distilled analysis and discussion of findings, highlighted with key charts, priorities and recommendations
