Manish is a technical lead with a background in data communications, networking and software development.
As part of research and development teams, he has helped build experimental software prototypes for newsrooms and also worked closely with both academic and industrial partners on European-funded collaborative research projects to demonstrate future potential of emerging technologies.
While building software products, he has led geographically distributed, cross-functional teams in developing, deploying and maintaining software and services, both for enterprise video conferencing systems, and within the charity sector.
He is passionate about enabling a culture of openness, trust and collaboration across teams.
