An NDP consultation event

Case study: Research

Client: Over 45 different NDPs
Date: 2013-2019
Work: Collect and analyse new data

Since 2013 Data Orchard has worked with local volunteers in over 50 parishes and towns to support neighbourhood planning and future housing needs. Most of this work has been locally based in villages, communities and towns in the West Midlands (Herefordshire, Shropshire, and Worcestershire) though we’ve supported others further afield offering remote services.

Much of our support has been in survey design, logistics, data processing, analysis and reporting for community consultation. In some cases we’ve also provided planning support.

In addition, we provided free good-practice advice in community led planning and community engagement. We recently wrote a blog post about our experience of this work (“Snakes and Ladders of NDPs).

Reliable and helpful. Good, well presented and easy to use report at the end.
