Katie brings over 19 years of administrative experience within the commercial sector, primarily in retail and transport sectors.

She plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring internal processes run smoothly, communications remain clear, and the team is supported in delivering impactful, data-driven work for the social sector.

She holds an NVQ in Business and Administration, as well as an NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques, alongside a range of professional qualifications gained during her 12-year career in the transport industry.

Outside of work, Katie lives in West Sussex with her fiancé and her nine-year-old daughter. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating meaningful memories together.
